Front Strut/Spring.

Last night I got my Tein S-Tecs in and proceeded to install them. We started with the rear springs which were no problem. But on the front right strut, whenever I loosen the main shock nut to get everything off, it spins everything with it, it's spinning the springs seat under it, and the shock itself so the nut won't come off. The other nut on the left strut comes off, but we can't figure out how to get the spring seat out and I'm afraid to bash it off.. So as of now, only the back has new springs.

Anyone know how I can get this done?
