Tien SSP or Jic Magic?? can you get both in custom spring rates? Also the JIC are really expensive to get rebuilt and hear they take a long time to get back?? want to go with 10k front and 12k rear. Figure either way it be close to 2k and would like to see what others think about each and there opinions. Is used through the mountains a lot and will be going with 18x9.5 wheels with 5mm poke front and rear. Thanks!!

I was in your situation a few months ago :chuckles:
Do you only want Tien or Jic Magic?

i like the tien because of edfc option and they pretty good right out of the box, also easy to get rebuilt for fair price. The jic are sweet, but are hard to get rebuilt and expensive to get done. want to be flush and have plenty of performance with custom rates of 10k front and 12k rear. So i like those but am still up to other brands.

Well I don't know much about jig or rr. The only ksports you want to get would be the top of the line ones. And with teins they're good quality but overpriced a bit. You shouldn't be able to really go wrong. I'd get the teins because of the edfc option :gap:

Chris, their is a shop here in Bremerton called Max RPM and they are a distributor and rebuilder for both JIC and Tein :gap: look them up. They mainly deal with Euro Cars but have everything there. Dyno, Install, Wheels, Parts. Be ready to drop some $ and FYI they do Corner Balancing there! txt me foo

decided on bc racing coils, now to decide on a good spring rate.. Is 10k front and 12k rear good? i want it stiff for mountain driving and occasionally hit the strip.. Will have 18x9.5 wheels with 255/40 tires. dont want to rub to badly after fender roll etc. Suggestions?

Any suggestion?
Id like to have D2's but those are way to expensive.

Thats what I thought, but wanted to make sure.
Ive been eyeing a set of D2's as well.
Im looking for a nice aggressive ride but not a wood wagon feel. (not going to track the car- not anytime soon anyway.)

Does anybody know what the stock load rating is per coil for a 6.2 diesel dually dump? I found replacement coils rating at 3800 lbs and 7200 lbs. per coil
