c pillar install help needed

well i got the megan c pillar strut tower i thought it would be strait foward 2 bolts no biggy problem is the bolts dont fit in the holes of the strut bracket easy fix drill them up right only thing is i dont know if there ment to be a tight fit or not and i dont know if i can use the oem seat belts or am i supposed to completly remove them and use some sort of raceing harness if anyone has this installed please let me know what you did and if you have pics post them up so i can tell wich way the bracket is intalled one way sits lower then the other thanks for anyone help i can get
