So I was checking out my turn signals to see if they were working, and the passenger side appeared to be dying (blinking rapidly). Other than that, the driver side and rears were flashing as normal....
But now, all of a sudden, everything has stopped working. Neither my passenger nor my driver side works, front and rear. Hazards don't come up, even the indicator on the dash doesn't come up for anything.
Any ideas?

check the flasher relay, its in the left side fuse panel down by the floor. Don't remember off the top of my head exactly which it is, but I think its labeled in the owners manual or on the fuse panel cover diagram. you should hear/feel it click when you switch the turn signals or hazards. You'll also have to check some fuses and that its getting anything from the switches as well, but a new flasher is cheap. The Tridon EP35 works fine and can run LED turn signals.

well i found it, but i can't get it out.
seriously. i've been pulling at it for half an hour, used pliers, a panel popper, but it refuses to budge.
are they meant to be this stubborn? any tips for removal?

Check to see if it isn't bolted in or if perhaps the casing in the fusebox melted and is holding it in place.

mine was a bitch to get out also, just grab it with pliers and keep wiggling and pulling.

Finally got that little ****er out. Switched out the relay, made sure the "TURN" fuse was okay in the passenger side fusebox, and the turn signals are back up.
The hazards, however, are not. In fact, when I hit the hazard button, the turn signals turn off as well. Once I "turn off" the hazards, the turns work perfectly...
Any ideas?

Does the hazard switch go through the column combination switch? Starting to wonder if something is up with that.
Does the hazard switch go through the column combination switch?
Vice versa. The Turns go through the Hazard Switch. Make sure the connector is secure on the Hazard switch.

How might I go about doing that?

Check if there's any info about that in the repair manual volume 2. Can be downloaded from the Tech Info in the menu bar above.
