I was installing some indiglos and i broke the speedometer in half. So i called toyota and they said i can't get the needles by themself and that i had to get the entire cluster which was $492.14!!! I'm thinking about getting the import intellegence needle kit, but does that come with the needles? Toyota said they couldn't callibrate them also since they come calibrated from the factory, is this true or are they just trying to bull**** me?

Just superglue it back on.

ImportIntelligence are not needles, they are just a company that make the needle and maybe other stuff to change color..

i ordered the ones from import intelligence and all they are is jus a kit that makes your original needles glow.....they are not new needles....if u broke they speedo then you're pretty much screwed....unless u can get toyota to replace it under warranty....try doing that.....otherwise jus glue it back....my speedo is screwed but im gonna try to get it replaced under warranty along with my blown tranny....

You also might want to see if there's any junkyards around with a new Celica. There's enough of them around now that one or two had to be totalled from an accident.

if you have to buy a new guage cluster....get the trd guages..the ones with the rpm and speedo swapped....

isn't the needle just plastic? 5 minutes with some 5-min epoxy is all it'll take to look good as new. As long as the seams broke evenly you wont be able to tell the diff.
