Needed: GT-S Throttle Cable Bracket for '03 Car

Do any one you guys know how to get the part# for this throttle cable bracket on a '03 Celi GTS? The part number for the mounting bolts would be cool too, as I might as well buy them too.

I'd appreciate your help
