I know these aren't for the celica but there has been discussions in the past maybe this will help someone fabricate their own.

I made these about 1.5 years ago with no problems. The brackets weren't cut or shaped until today. This is only one side I'll have more pictures and installed pictures once I make a jig for the brackets.

nice thats not bad, im not sure how this would be with a oem hood because its heavier but with cf it would be no problem but concerns are would it clear the hood with the shapes on the sides. could you lend someone one for a fitment check?

if the hatch shocks can hold open the hatch which is heavier than the hood then it wont be a problem. the problem will be the clearance issue. OP needs to get with a member from here that lives near him to test fit these to see if they will work or not

if i recall right, bt216 did this, and the main issue was clearance issues for the shocks rather than the brackets. im sure this could be done easy enough. i havent forgotten about ya nrojas about the material. just been slammed at school

That right. I have everything done but all i need is the bracket. And that is not cheap. I'm still looking for a company that could make them for less. If just found one, he's looking at the drawing and i hope to hear from him soon.

I've been fighting a sinus infection so haven't done much. I already got the dampers for the front hood, I'll make the brackets and test them out
