While installing AC Rev Indiglow

I'm installing the reverse indiglo and have this stickers or some sort... it's has some semi cut out...
What is that use for??

I got them to and had no clue what it was for either. I just didnt use it.

I thought it was to cover up the stock gauges to keep some light from showing through the indiglos??? Thats what I used em for, anyway.

It's funny.. there is no install guide for this but people still have it on it.....

Now new problem..
I've tap the power from cigarett light.... it seems like there isn't enough power it's not bright.... but when I tapped it to actual cigaret lighter power.... it's bright....
Where can I tap the power inside of the car that is 12v and turns on when the head light is on....??
Other then going through the firewall and tap it to parking light....
Help...
And one more.. does it make a buzz sound from the power box(?) when it's on??

uhm why dont u wrap it around ur taillight fuse.. that way it will only be on at night when ur headlights/taillights are on?

How bout trying the inigtion wire worked for me.....they are on all the time

I couldn't find a good wire so I just tapped the headlight...
