got a new turbo finally, cars running again, but this is a new wierd thing.
at around 7 psi the car just gags. I cant get the aem boost controller to wratchet the boost back to be a steady 6 psi. not sure if this is causing the fuel gag, but it seems to happen when i get close to 7.
maybe it's a fuel pump issue? never had this problem before with the last turbo,, same turbo. THe afr ratio never gets above 10 and it gags.

Its probably in the tune somewhere if the airfuel ratio stays that rich. What size pipe is the maf running in?

if you are in the 10s then you are way too rich! its puking fuel in there

WOW, that's a rich pull. Remember stoichiometric air/fuel mixture is approximately 14.7

He is boosted, while under boost, you want to be in the low 11's

If you have the e-Manage Ultimate, then this is probably caused by the airflow input going above 4.50 volts. You can rectify this by altering your airflow input map so that your airflow output voltage does not exceed 4.50 volts.

Add a MAF clamp and get the AFRs in the 11s. AEM UEGOs peg at 10, so you could even be lower.
