2002 grill

when i went up to toyota to see how much the 2002 grill would be the guy told me that it wouldnt fit on my 2002 GT. i wasnt sure if they guy knew what he was talking about.... has anyone put the grill on their car?? (2001 GT)

lol, thats what the person told me about my '01 GT-S. I bought it off a guy who got an action package bumper and he installed it for me. Fit like a glove :)

The local dealer told me i would have to get a whole new front bumper to make it fit my 01 GT-s. I ordered one from etoyotas.com and it fit perfect.

Yes, I know that first hand. I spent a good half hour putting the damn thing on my car and one of the last steps is hooking the bra onto the lower grille area. The only problem is the grille blocks the area where the bra clips on. The worst part was trying to return it, they told me it was functional, but that the front area would flap in the wind, but cause no damage. :rofl:

I got one of the first celly's off the lot in '00 and it took Toyota a couple years to figure out that all kinds of crap gets stuck under the bumper. So I'm finally going to install a lower grille, but have no idea what these grilles will look like on my silver celly.

Anyone got any pics of their lower grille on a silver gts? I don't want to order any parts w/o an idea what it's gonna look like... also let me know where'd u get 'em? My local Toyota Dealer wants to charge me 73.00, which I won't pay 'cause it's a jip.

it'll look better than without it. it matches the top half. you can get em online for like 40ish.

You probably won't even notice it since it's pretty dark down there. The top of the bumper casts a shadow over the opening.
