Car Blew up =(

Well, the dealership said they had it fixed, (the noise in a post i had left b4) well when i got it back it was still ticking pretty bad "Oh its normal" the service manager said. so i played along..
iv had it back for almost 3 weeks, i was going about 15 mph in 1st cruzing around to a stopsign.. and bam, engine just spuderd and cut off, so i pushed in the clutch rolled to a parking area and tryed to restart. Sounds like its gonna turn over but when it trys it sounds REALLY SICK and cuts off again, i have 2,777 miles on it and its a 02 GT 5-speed. paid 50 bucks to have it towed, will dealership pay for that? and any ideas of what to do? think i should just take my name off the insurance for a while also sence im 18 its alot =(

no take it in, to another dealership if you have too, tell them what happened. this should all be covered. take an older person with you father, grandpa, uncle, ect. They think you will believe anything becaues you are a kid. let them know you know whats going on, and that they have to fix it.

Takin your insurance off is a good idea though. I keep seeing everyone posting about how long it takes to get these things fixed. I remember being that age and havin no money for anything after i paid my insurance each month. that sucks. Oh yeah, they are supposed to provide you with a loaner car if it is gonna take longer than one business day to fix yours, I believe thats in writing somewhere in the purchase agreements and warranty paperwork they give you with the owners manual. If they try and make some BS to avoid that, then start using the word Lemon Law and Better Business Bureau, and Lawyer. They know your not giving in when you keep pushing like that. Oh yeah can you sense that i HATE dealerships and the Pushy Scumbag attitudes they have..... another story.
