My Aluminum spoiler got stolen!!

Yeah it happen last night on Early morning Saturday. They took the spoiler with the leg on it. But wasn't able to take the base to set the spoiler on. I can't believe such dumb a$$ would do this. Now, I don't know what to get for a spoiler. I got my stock one on now. Anyone know what I should get??

Yeah I know. The more I realized now. I should of stayed away from Aluminum spoiler in the first place. Any suggestion should I do about getting new one, and what other spoiler would go good with my body kit?

well personally i bought mine b/c i can actually feel it working when I drive at higher speeds. the celica has a light a$$ end so on the highway the APR spoiler actually keeps it planted better. I noticed a world of difference from stock to APR

I was looking into that myself. I know someone selling a wing west v style wing. But it has a led light. You think having a led light on a wing looks crappy??

I have a WW spoiler I can probably sell you... where in FL are you? I am getting an 03 with the body kit so I have no need for my spoiler. It's almost just like the TRD with no LED.

Well guys, I got good news. I'm a new owner of a TRD spoiler with led. I got a great deal on it and didn't want to past on the deal. Tell me what your think. It painted factory silver and it a TRD from the action package. I got this for $350. I thought it was a great deal, do you? Well after all it came down to a happy ending for me. LOL! I sure learn my lesson in buying aluminum spoilers. :bang: Thanks for you guys helping me out. That's what I love about being on this board.

I thought it was a great deal. I wasn't sure how much they are new with it being painted. But I can imagine it cost alot. The only thing, that does bug me, is that I have to put out more money to get another spoiler. It really piss me off this morning seeing my spoiler gone. It like someone rip your heart out and won't give it back to you. It really a sh*tty feeling.

Thanks!! Yeah it was sorry. Mostly sorry that someone stealing it on your own driveway. I never thought someone would just take the spoiler and the leg but didn't take base to put it on thier car. Like my brother said, you should be glad they didn't take the base also. They would have to pry them off and plus they will rip my car up. Well anyway, they got what they wanted and I will make sure this doesn't happen to my new spoiler.

You do realize that you're driving a FWD car? It only helps at excessively high speeds (read 180mph +) anyways.

Well, I have the kit all here at my house. Starting Aug. or toward the end of July, me and my brother are going to get the kit on. My brother does body work on the side on his pair time. Right now he does own his own business, so it hard for him to get time to do this body kit. But anyway, I am getting this stuff done for free, besides the the painting part. But we both are going to sand and prep up the whole kit to get it painted. Once all this is done "Hopefully before the NOPI show". I'll have a pics on here for all of you to see. I told my brother about NOPI show coming up. He said, "We'll have this done before that". From him saying that, I'm getting excited about it. LOL!!! You all know how that feel about getting something really cool done for your car.
