i believe from re-reading their response it seems as if it doesn't (at least thats how i interpret it)

to me it just says that they can ship it to the USA

whenever i get this kit (and i deffinitely will !!) i am gonna go without any spoilers (bye-bye TRD wing and carcept roof spoiler)

the way i look at is.....

- every celica seems to have a spoiler (whether it be stock or not)
- the design of this kit is very "italian" looking (ferrari)
- not too many ferraris have spoilers
- plus i want to be original ??
