change color for me

Wanted to see if someone can help me with something. Trying to make something for my brothers wife, and I was trying to include this image in a thing I created.

Wanted to see if it was possible to remove that grey background behind it and make it white..

And then also, the light yellow or tan, whatever color that is if you can make it the same color as this one:

The reason why im not using this ^ image is because it didnt come out as clear for me, so If maybe someone with some skillzzz can edit the first picture only.

Any chance you can send me over just the .PSD?
I tried to transfer this photo into my adobe illistrator and it didn't come out as clean and clear as the non edited orginal image.
