Can someone tell me how to make the fog lights come on when the high beams are on?

I don't know anyone that has done that.

You can wire up the fog light relay to the parking lights. That way, the fogs are on whenever the parking lights are on. By defualt the relay is wired to the headlights.

This is illegal in some states.
