maximum egt of the turbo 2ZZ and afr,egt params?

whats max good egt for 2zz in the peak power.
and what you have with this peak egt: afr, boost, octane gas, ignition angle
interesting in statistics

i have 1.6 boost(mahle 9)
afr 11.5, ignition 22 degres, egt max 860C, 91 octane(in russia 98)

You can't be reading your ing. timing correctly, total advance is one thing, timing under peak load is another..
I run 14* btdc under max boost.

I see 780*f at idle, 980-1020*f at cruise 80 mph.
Peak egt at 30 psi. are 1,500*f with AFR at 11.4/1 ....600+whp
To see the peak boost temps you have to be at full throttle for more than 10 sec.:eek:

I have never seen the peak temps on the road only the dyno....
10 sec. on the road at full tilt is almost impossible since you run out of road quickly.

i talk about ignition timing in the moment of the max power.(basic ign timing)
in this point i have 25 degres in the 1.6-1.7A of the boost
afr around 12.8 at the 8500rpm
and egt to the 880-900C(quatermile)
i think to hot

I agree with to hot. Richen up the air fuel at the least!

I run 12* advance under full boost and A/F ratio of 11.6 with 30 psi.

If you are runing that advanced and lean your engine will be toast very soon..
