Insurance Help (car misfortune)

Well I am driving on 70 with 2 girls in the left lane and 2 lanes to the right this lady with bike rack has something that flys off and jumps 2 lanes over and hits my car and there is a big scratch in front of my right front wheel. I got her liscense # but she wouldnt pull over... do you guys have any advice to what I could do? Could I get her insurance to pay for it? I was plannin on gettin my front bumper painted anyways.... any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

yeah call the cops....hit and run......not really, but kinda, she'll prob just deny that she knew anything about it, but you'll still get her insurance to cover your damages.....did you happen to pull over and get whatever it was that hit your car? you may need that to prove your story.
