alright well first let me say kicker solobarics look really cool and will pound but it depends what you want. if you want loud then yes if you want sound quality don't get them. i don't know what size you want but i would say 10's. 600 watts rms to each speaker, you could get dual 2 ohm voice coils, and wire it for a total of a 2 ohm load. that amp is weird because they only rate it at 1 ohm. no manufactures do this. every time you cut the ohms in half you double the power. so that 600.1 has the same power, it just can't do 1 ohm. the other thing is the lower ohms you run the more distortion you get. the amps also are rated at 13.8 volts (which is about what i get so thats ok) and 1.5% THD. 1.5% Total Harmonic Distortion, i guess thats ok, its a little high, but again its all in what you want. altogether that would POUND HARD especially in a celica damn. but you'd HAVE to get dual 4 ohms to run at 1 ohm. so if you want sound quality don't even think about this setup. it will be a lot lot of bass.
for your front speakers, you can fit a 6.5" components set and you really should. you'll get more midbass which you'll need a lot of that and everything else to even attempt to keep up with the subs. i wouldn't reccomend alpine speakers just because you can do so much better in that same price range. whether you go w/ boston, jl xr series, focal, image dynamics chaemeleons, digital designs, maybe polk momo. those are what i'd buy. you better run a amp to them too, or there's no point getting them. i'd get new fronts and rears if getting those subs because like i said you'll need good mids and highs to keep up.
other alternatives
you could do a single dual 2 ohm voice coil solo baric and run the 600.1 to it. you could get some jl audio subs. if you did some w7s or w6v2s they would slam. they're supposed to be great for sound quality and spl. other good subs would be idmax's and i've heard a lot of people say how great brahmas are. you could use jl amps which are really nice and you don't have to worry about ohm loads anymore, or if you want a lot of clean power for cheap, the best for the money is jbl amps. they will put out more than they're rated at and real cheap. and i already listed lots of speakers to go with.

Looks good. I would get a JBL 1200.1 for the subs. Cheap amp but quality power. I'm pretty sure those subs can take more than their rated power. So the 1200.1 would be a good fit. Check out the forums at www.sounddomain.com and www.termpro.com. Be warned though, termpro is less receptive to newbie questions so I'd read alot before posting there.

yeah that jbl amp is very good. should be able to run the subs at 2 ohms and still get over 1200 watts with that amp.
