Long story short:
My 20 year old sis got pregnant
she's still in med school
Her BF is a loser
she's moving to orlando
she has no job
i can't drive around a 30k+ car and she's struggling to take care of a child
yes, it is her fault
yes, it is her responsiblity
but, lucky for her, she's my blood
and even though it's her problem, i feel obligated to help out however i can
so i will financially be there to support her in whatever lil things she'll need
right now, she lives in the philippines, but she'll be moving to orlando with me... my sister and the loser father are getting married (due to religious reasons) and i told my parents NOT to let the loser move with her... so he can stay there, but i'll help her raise the kid, and be there for her
she's expecting in november...
this is all a big surprise to me, kinda disappointing that i can't get an evo, but i'd feel bad driving around with an expensive car, and she's home stuggling... so i'll wait until she can get on her feet first...
in the past year, my life has been a big soap opera...
my 25 year old sis elopes, get's married to a guy she met for 2 weeks... she moves to hawaii, the moves to denver without telling my parents... she's also pregnant, expecting in january
my 20 year old sis is pregnant, not finished school and has a loser boyfriend... they'll get married, she's expecting in November
it's weird, becuz we were raised in a really religious family and all this crap happens, like my sisters don't know any better... so i was hella shocked...
I got all this information within a 2 week period
but the integ will be my project for a lil while...
opinions?
filipinos were raised to always help out their family so you are doing the right thing...as for teh integra it's an Ok choice..come back to the toyota family :)

Sounds like a good idea. I see fixed up Integras all day long, but not many with a turbo.
I've toyed with the idea of supercharing one and leaving the exterior stock looking.

hey man thats real cool of u to do what ur doin for your sis, showz that u have real family values.. as for the jdm teg. i love the idea. white body with gunmetal rims with polished lip and a carbon fiber hood. and that baby looks hot with stock body kit.. hey why not fix up a 240 and turn it into a s15?? thats even more rare than a turboed fixed up teg... whatver car u pick, im sure it will be modded cleanly..no R stickers and the suck.. hehe :chuckles:

Great to hear that your tite with your family like that.
Now for the car. If you want to T/C then I advise against the B18C5. That motor is not as boost friendly as the H22A even though it is a quicker motor. If you're going to T/C then I say get the H22A. It has a strong block, decent displacement, and it'll take to boost a lot easier. That's just what I would do personally. :)
