i was stopped the other nite by a state trooper. he gave me a warning for the exhaust. he said he didnt care for the papers. basicaly any exhaust that is louder than stock is considered unnecessary noise. he wrote me on section 90.16, which states:

no person shall operate a motor vehicle on any way which motor vehicle is equipped with .. an exhaust system which has been modified in a manner which will amplify or increase the noise emitted by the exhaust.

i guess the keyword is "modified" which the TRD has not. i guess i'll take it to court when i get written up.

Yeah, I love how its a different reason & a different story from every cop that pulls you over. Tell me harleys are legal. I see 20x as many imports pulled over for Harleys, and harleys hurt when there on the gas.

i think kia's complection triggered that stop and that was the only thing he could think of..

Fock off bamboo boy, Kia..i wasent trying to be rude or anything.. no offense if any taken.. i was just saying alot of people that are from your part of the world are beeing discriminated against because of everyting that went on with 9-11 as we all know, However i did not know that it was 2am and that your windows were tinted, However i know that he was bored and needed something to do because i know almost half of the state patrol in the whole state and al of the guys i would know wouldent even care to stop you for an exaust, but i must mention they would tack that onto a ticket if they stopped you for speeding or something and you were beeing an asshole to them =o)
