So before I had my 2000 celica GT I had a 2004 Nissan Sentra. On a downhill curvre I totaled it by being to far to the right and overcompensateing leading to me swerving out and hitting a couple trees. The maryland State Police Came and gave me a Neglegant DRiveing resulting in an acident charge. It's a $280 fine and 30 day lisense suspension if I'm guilty. I pleaded innocent. Anybody have this beffore of something similar.

I second to the notion of suing the tree. It clearly shouldn't have been there.

What were the conditions...dry,wet, ice? If clear and dry I would have wrote you too because you were OBVIOUSLY speeding on this downhill curve. That is driver error and a reportable crash so to cover my ass I woulda wrote you. Besides an accident investgator would've determinded that anyway.

nah i still say he should have barrel rolled in the turn. that way the momentum of the barrel roll would have caused the car to shift momentum top to bottom allowing it to rotate around the trees completely missing them and ending back up on the roadway
