How many RPM's before you pop the clutch?

When drag racing, how do you start off the line? Specifically, how many RPM's do you rev your engine up to before you pop the clutch? Or, do you do something different? What do YOU do? :cool:

to launch a GTS 6spd, slip the clutch at 5000-6000rpm (keyword: SLIP) and when tires catch, dump clutch and floor it.

I do mine at 7k at the track only. On the street, 4k dump.
