ok so its been a year and one month since I installed tk.com turbo kit on my matrix 2zz-ge. I had 115k miles when installed, now at 141K miles.

so its been daily driven ~120+ miles a day since then, 10lb of boost stock engine.

changed oil today and found this charge pipe coupler touching the frame I think turbo moved or something because I don't think I recall this before.

Checked with my finger and no whole yet but I think I need to replace it any ideas?

Is that the steering rack? Clock the compressor housing a little bit so it clears...

how do I clock it? Its such a pain in the butt to work on turbos in matrix/corolla application
Do i need to remove the turbo in order to rotate it a bit?

I dont know if its a steering rack, its a huge beam/frame.

Yea you just loosen the bolts a bit so the comp cover can rotate...then you rotate it. Easy peesy lemon squeezy.

ok I'll try it next weekend. if I can reach to those bolts I'll try. But I think I have to drop the frame to reach it.

Correct, the 6 bolt on the comp housing will allow you to rotate it forward for clearance. You don't even have to remove them, just loosen then a bit :)
