Well I am pretty good friends with a shop that is willing to do a custom turbo kit for my car (GT-S 6 speed). We have been trying to think of ways to get around the freak fuel system our cars have and we think we may be able to run an AIC, or for all of you that don't know what that is it is an additional fuel injector. With this AIC and an Apexi AFC with 440cc injectors we believe we may have the fuel starvation characteristics licked. Of course we will also be using an aftermarket fuel pressure regulator and a possibly a larger fuel pump. Plans are to run around 5-6 psi on stock internals but with a thicker head gasket to drop the compression down to around 11 or 10:5. If anyone knows of a company that makes a thicker head gasket for our car it would be greatly appreciated. We will also be using a t3/t4 turbo and a custom ss exhaust manifold, Blitz dual drive bov, custom spearco intercooler, and plans are to port and polish the head after the car has been on the dyno. If anyone has any info they can give me as to why or why not the AIC solution would work feel free. Criticism is welcome, and have a good day.

using an additional injector is a possability to help but its the same as just upgrading the current injectors to something larger which then requires a larger pump and a better fuel pressure regulator and then a standalone ECU to tune for all this extra fuel cuz the stock ECU cant.. not to mention a different upgraded spark like possibly switching out to wires, upgrading the plugs etc etc.. so to answer your question, yes it prolly can be done but it requires more than you proly think

Using additional injectors to deliver fuel is doing things the hard way. But whatever floats your boat. I'd just use larger injectors.

be careful do it right the first time and you wont have to worry later. my friend blew his engine because of a fifth injector..if you hit fuel cut the fifth injector can still run making the engine run lean and then you have many things to worry about.
