I dont know if its called the roter, but the disk behind the calipher is rusting. What can I do to fix that, prevent it, ect..thanks.

It's the rotor. Go out and use the brakes...the rust wears right off. It's completely normal for rotors to rust after sitting in the rain or after washing the car.

go drive really really fast, then slam on your brakes without locking it up :D :D
