Looking for these plastic / fiberglass plugs, that can be painted body color to plug into the liscense plate holes when I take off my plate assembly for shows... I think I've seen them in showroom cars but not sure where I can buy them. any ideas?

I dont have a clue what your talking about, but you could probably find something similar at a PepBoyz or AutoZone...they are called trim panel clips. They look like black plastic buttons with a barbed push pin...you could possibly paint those to match your car? I dunno. Just a thought.

some people use bondo, some use a type of clay/putty to fill the holes. then paint over it.

umm the problem is I need those holes to remount my front plates... the point of getting these plugs is so that I can install/uninstall the liscense plate easily. We have very strict laws here for having no front plates especially during shows, there are usually cops waiting outside... I tried to put the plate into the lower grill area, but it doesn't fit.

You're not listening...here in Canada (Quebec dosen't count cause they're terds...) we have to have two plates, so we can't just get a logo plate and leave it there, ecause TO cops are bas!@#s when it comes to modded cars without a front plate. But ironicall they have no problem with beaters with no plates whatsoever.

I guess I can make one and swap it in for shows... but the best thing is to find those plugs so it looks cleaner....
