ok, i got the indiglo and i am supposed to just slip it over the needles. Well i did that and my rpm works find, but my speedometer does not and niether does the mileage. When i had work done on the body, some reason this happened too and Toyota said that a relay or fuse must have burned. so they fixed that. So, i know this can be fixed but i can't make it to the shop and i figured it would cost me with my luck. Everyone is writing about "recalibrating". i did the 20 sec in the ACC position then 3min wait and restart. Is this correct? Is there some other way or a way that works lol I don't mind the no mileage thing, but I have no cruise control!!!!!! lol

No cruise control??? Mileage dosn't work? Do you mean the digital odometer?
I don't understand, it sounds like you didn't remove the needles, right? If you didn't remove the needles, they are already calibrated. I think that the wrong wire was tapped into or something, this doesn't sound like a calibration problem, it sounds like an electrical problem.

Sounds like something got fried with your wiring. Those things should never have happened just by installing indiglo layovers. Check your fuses and stuff.

also check to make sure you put both plugs back in and they are in all the way.
