I recently ordered a set of 17" Konig Imagines in Black Opal. I've heard comments from some peeps about some "clearance problems with these wheels on this size due to the fact that the calipers wouldn't fit". It seems that with the 18" there is no problem at all. I don't see where this problem could arise. I've searched around and it says that the 17"s with a 40mm offset should fit fine.

I'm really puzzled about this situation as I have to wait for one month till the rims come in and it wouldn't be such a treat to figure out when they do come in that after all that waiting time they don't fit. Please people help me out with this one!!!!

go to www.tires.com and they should tell you what offset will be correct. i dont think they would sell you a set that will have problems.

i'm planning to get a set of 18s and it has a 35mm offset. as asked, how much and wehre did you get yours from?

Even when the offset is "right" (close to oem 39), a wheel can have problems with the caliper. Some wheels may have spokes that are shaped sort of funky and end up hitting the caliper.

I got them from a local shop here in Puerto Rico for $1,225 wrapped in 205/45/17. Thanks for the input guys I've searched around and figured out that a couple of members have them in 17"s and they do fit well.

You can get these rims cheaper at www.Speedandstyle.com but i don't think many people prefer them. But there price is really good
