That is where the problem is, as you said its not your problem if there is an issue with his boss, ADC iss the seller, he should take care of it, or refund your money, not link you to a 3rd paty. Thats bad business right there. Just because of that quote I'd be very concerned. If he can't handle issues on his own, then he probably shouldn't be selling here.

I was very nervous the first time I delt with these guys or more correctly I delt with Frank directly instead off ADC, and after I sent my first payment for the items( approx 600 bucks will find out more correct), I found these threads about Frank being a scammer etc. So I just waited and belive or not I got the items as you can see in the link I provided. However I decided to to buisness with Frank again. He found me 2 items in Japan so I payed and I waited, then he got them and he fond me yet again 1 item that I had given him on a list to search for, so I payed again and waited, the item arrived to him and he told me he would ship out asap, the whole waiting time is almost 6 monts as for you smart_rocket. I last heard from him 14 December that he would ship out after all the holidays, but since then no word from him. I tried to contact him several times on the email which he usually answer very quick but no luck. So I contacted ADChusky but Frank is not answering him either so I belive that this time Iam F#&ked. Since I live in Sweden this is a very hard thing for me to deal with legally so I hope the outcome for you could help me aswell. I have filed claim for half the money since it was not dated so long ago as the first payment. This time its almost a total of 1k dollars which is alot of money for me!!! I really hate myself for not listening to people that warned me but since the first time went well I igonred them. So my question is why in hell not scamm me the first time since it was alot money then also, sure a bit more this time but still......

Anyway I hope this just is a missunderstanding and all gets rsolved but it looks pretty bad...

APR got banned from this site. adchusky agreed to be a member here and "sell" parts for him. ( prolly more than half of the items adchusky has never touched or seen)

it be nice if adchusky could at least have the items tangible to prove he indeed has them, rather than hope his boss gets the items then ship them.

imo having a middle man to make a transaction that only requires the buyer and seller is kinda shady. especially when talking big money.

well i hope this gets sorted out.

always make sure to search the seller. check his previous transactions, search him on nco, and check them overall before making a HUGE purchase.

I warned ADChusky about this from the beginning and now it's biting him in the ass.
He too will follow down the black listed sellers and end up banned. I'll see to it. I told him that he shouldn't waste his time with Frank, but the fool is easily manipulated and decided to ignore my warnings.

Only....don't ban me, seeing how that would eliminate any chance of me working things out. I am working on it and have already contacted two lawyers about the matter. I have already stopped any further purchase negotiations, nothing else is being sold due to this incident. Frank came through the other times I sold for him...and now it seems he isn't doing his part. I have not been paid by him either for my services....which is in excess of 1,000 dollars. I don't care about my pay right now and am 100% involved in earning these guys their money/parts. Dnar, Hypnotik, smart_rocket, and johnny are the ones I believe that are still without refunds/parts....if I've missed anyone please message me so I can work on your issue as well.

As far as information goes....Frank told me that the container arrived, and had been released from customs. I contacted him via phone call after that and asked if he had shipped the items to the buyers....he said he had shipped to SOME of them, but was working on some others. To my knowledge NOBODY has received their items....if you have, please post/message me to let me know. Frank is being unresponsive to my emails, texts, phone calls, and voicemails at this time....so it does not look promising. I am hoping that in the end this is just a case of him being lazy/busy....and getting everyone their parts. I still would agree that if they do receive the items...this is still horrible way to do business, and I would push Frank to give everyone some sort of compensation for the wait/stress.

I'll try to get more information on the situation. And to Roman, I did not give them Frank's email to wash my hands of the situation. I had them all email him also so he could see the urgency of these guys wanting their parts....was hoping to get his ass moving.

You know, that won't get anybody anywhere, if he doesn't care enough to even pay you, besides, he never answers emails. When I purchased something from him and my waiting/nagging/calling and him not answering period of 3months to ship something from California crossed all boundaries of being reasonable. I don't know your side of the story, but there is no way you had no idea that he's running a shady business and getting involved in it is your own fault. 1000 is a lot, I hope you get that back and the rest of the money that people are missing through the lawsuits. Agreed. Biggest problem is that I don't have much to relay to the customers. Getting Frank to start responding again is the biggest thing right now. Also, throughout business with him before he went weeks without responding...then suddenly came back and business was carried out. I am HOPING this is what will happen here, cause this is wrong.

My suggestion... Once this is all done and figured out NO MORE SELLING PARTS FOR ANYONE EXCEPT YOURSELF. This is really getting to be just absurd. Many people are losing significant amounts of money, granted some have ignored the warning signs but that still doesn't justify the matter at hand. Honestly I never have and never will deal with ADChuskey, after seeing what Frank did with the others. I was only waiting for the bubble to burst on this little operation. It is just sad to see people like this in a community that has a lot of good sellers that stick to their word... Things like this ruin the reputation of every other seller here to new comers and existing users a like. It's a buncha BVLLSH1T is what it is... Fvcking scammers...

Throughout the time I was selling for Frank, some paid my paypal and some paid Franks. When people paid me, I gifted the money to Frank....but I am fairly certain all those that are currently without what they paid for paid Frank's paypal directly. My paypal is redmanualcelica@aim.com. Frank's is drgnrcr@hotmail.com. I am hoping these payments were sent directly to Frank....in that case I think it MAY be easier to file a claim and such.

One thing that I don't understand is why ADChusky was even given vendor's status here on these boards. From what I can gather, this was done higher up with Larryd, and I'm sorry to see that things turned out the way they did... again.

Once this is all done and figured out NO MORE SELLING PARTS FOR ANYONE EXCEPT YOURSELF.

Unfortunately, it is NOT that simple. As far as I'm concerned, YOU were in charge of managing these deals and making sure that the money paid led to the customer getting served.

He started out well, but in the end things went south and some people never got their parts or money back. To those who did not know, I feel bad. I pretty much expected something like this to happen when I first read about ADChusky selling for Frank. In the end Frank was banned from selling here so he cannot be held responsible for making things right with all of the buyers, and the buyers cannot be held responsible for trying to work things out with him, as he did not even make any deals with them. That is up to the seller, which in this case was ADChusky, it's then up to him to get things worked out with Frank on his own time, and dime. Don't make this anymore confusing than it needs to be.

And I hope that he does pull through in the end, but after 6 months, it's really difficult to have any hope.

ADChusky, unfortunately you are in a bad situation. Regardless if you were selling the parts for Frank or not you are responsible on getting the parts and or money to your customers. If your vendor (in this instance Frank) does not come through with the parts, it is your responsibility to get the parts or the money back to the customers, even if it has to come out of your own pocket. Then it is up to you to take Frank to court to get your money back that you had to spend because he did not come through. This is not my opinion this is how the law works. You cannot send your customers directly to your vendor if you get stiffed on parts. As the seller it is your responsibility to make good with your customers.

Everyone else basically this is a civil matter, we cannot tell you what to do, or make ADChusky give you your money back. You will need to pursue legal action against ADChusky because he was your vender. This ins not a criminal case against ADChusky so there is no need to go to the police, but you all do have a valid small claims case.

I would take this even further: Don't sell stuff you don't have in your posession period.

I learned this lesson the hard way with the first intake manifold group buy. The up side was everyone got their manifolds and they got them for less than my current cost to produce them, but they did have to wait quite a while.

Ever since then unless I have something on hand I generally don't sell it (obvious exception being custom projects in which I take a partial payment for materials up front before I start the job)

A perfect example - I have been resellign Blitzceli gauge pods and hood scoops. I do this by buying these itemds from him, and when I receive them I list them as in inventory. This way the only person even left hanging on a shipment is me.

So yeah - if you are a seller don't sell things you don't have on hand.

What counts are actions, I suggest you to reach any how Frank, coz I did my payment to his paypal and I'll claim him after my lawyer is back from vacation and nothing happend till then. Firstly, yes, this was done through LarryD directly.

As for the monies....here is where things get veryyy screwy. Where people are saying that I am responsible to get the items to them and that it is my fault that I got screwed out of money by my vendor...that is not the case. I NEVER buy the items off Frank, so I didn't pay him(Except for a shift knob that was 15$...).

I am a clerk, I take the orders. I then relay the order to Frank. Frank then orders the parts...if they are parts coming from Japan....or gets them from his storage. Frank then does the shipping of the purchased parts. I simply take the orders....so it is not that I pay Frank for the items then resell them.

I will NOT be paying people back out of my own pocket....I mean if it was a lower sum of money I could out of goodwill, cause I do feel for these people. But, this is A LOT of money, and frankly, I do not have it. I do have methods of getting SOME money back from Frank for certain. And I believe I have leverage to get him to follow through on his end of the job...but we'll see.

Frank is a prime example of a con artist. And I will admit, I am the prime example of a money hungry college boy without the common sense or life experience to foresee being screwed over like this after I had tested him out with other items to see if he was for real(And yes, they were pricey).

Hypnotik, yes, you did pay my paypal direct. That money is not with me...cause I had to send it to Frank so he could order the parts. What I do know about Frank is his cell number, email, and I BELIEVE I may know his address. I also know his job.(Which is VERY important in this matter, so I won't share it at this time.) The problem with all of these means of contact with me living in PA, is that I won't hear from Frank unless HE choose to respond/pick up. If I lived in California....I'd pay him a little visit, but that is not the case.

I am very puzzled by this since not only did Frank always do legit sales with me in the past. He also told me tips to give people on their vehicles...and gave me info about my own that helped me save loads of money and such. And this was up til January 12th, which is the last time I had heard from him. At his last time of contact he was telling me something about my brakes that I needed done....and then I asked him about the imported items and never heard from him again.....

I have been contacting Frank numerous times per day by both email, texting, and phone calls/voicemails....all of which have brought me no benefit. And yes, I agree that after this fiasco I should not be permitted to sell items here, or even be a member of the community. I am sickened by Frank's actions and by my naivety to fall for this.

Frank can be held responsible....he is on this site DAILY. And you know this Speck since you have sold to him and few times...and SUPPOSEDLY even met up a few times. As have other members of this site. These site members will be asked to make contact with Frank about the situation.

Those members would be EMSracer and Speck, to the best of my knowledge. There were a few others he mentioned racing against, such as bt....but idk what type of relations are there. He only called Speck and EMS(Byron) friends.

YOU are the one responsible for making sure that the money sent to you (or to your supplier: Frank) will lead to the buyer getting his part.
YOU were supposed to make sure that things ran smoothly and not let any orders get behind.

It was YOUR decision to undertake this business and it isn't the buyer's fault that your supplier flaked out on you.

As far as I'm concerned, he is yours to deal with to get your money back, but from the buyers' perspective, YOU are responsible for either refunding their money, or getting their parts.

You can sue Frank into bankruptcy for all I care, but it is your job to satisfy your customers.

I don't pay the vendor fee. Frank pays it, and LarryD is aware of this. At times Frank was even on my SN.(No longer due to me changing the password so he couldn't push any further sales)

And the reason I allowed this was because......I was doing finals, and Frank was paying vendor fees. And since Larry knew and had no problems with Frank, I permitted him access to my account for that limited time. During that timeframe NO business was done, I am positive of that.

A guy named Joseph is the only one who paid me....and I believe I know who that is, and that will be taken care of for certain. The others I cannot guarantee. Dnar's was done with Frank via email this time, I didn't do it over newcelica....but as a friend I will of course still try to help him. Smart Rocket and Johnny I spoke to, but they both paid Frank's PayPal.

If you have problems with this further Omnious, feel free to PM or text me. Because I could go on and on with excuses as to why I can cop out...but it is not what I wish to do. I have already stated that I am going to continue doing work in an ATTEMPT to resolve this, but I will NOT promise anything at this time.

ok im not going to try to say that adkusky is all responsible in this matter but i got a hold of frank to see what was going on. i only got a single text but doesnt seem like he knows whats going on here nor had the time to see bc of other things, like something has happened to him or someone else he knows. I know Frank and i know he gets these weird shipments from japan and comes through to sell them. I know in the past he hasnt been great for alot of ppl. i know a few that had been screwd over but he seemed like he wasnt a scammer no more. Maybe we should wait till he pops up and explains everything.

And either way no one is getting their parts or money back till Frank does not adhusky. Guy lives on the other side of the states from frank not much he can do.

Normally I never comment on other people's sales or vendor's sales and I try to remain as Neutral as possible. Some of you might remember the only other time I did speak out against a Vendor not too long ago and I believe its was with good merit. Said VENDOR is no longer selling on here due to there shady/crooked business ethics.

I will speak not as a Vendor but as a person once again looking in from the outside like everyone else.

Firstly, yes, this was done through LarryD directly.

As for the monies....here is where things get veryyy screwy. Where people are saying that I am responsible to get the items to them and that it is my fault that I got screwed out of money by my vendor...that is not the case. I NEVER buy the items off Frank, so I didn't pay him(Except for a shift knob that was 15$...).

YOU are responsible to get the items to YOUR customers, and it is YOUR fault that people got screwed out of money by your vendor/supplier...the fact that YOU don't buy the parts directly from FRANK is irrelevant, YOU are the one selling/posting the parts.

I am a clerk, I take the orders. I then relay the order to Frank. Frank then orders the parts...if they are parts coming from Japan....or gets them from his storage. Frank then does the shipping of the purchased parts. I simply take the orders....so it is not that I pay Frank for the items then resell them.

what YOU consider yourself or want to call yourself now is irrelevant. YOU are the NEWCELICA VENDOR selling/posting the parts, who you get them from is your decision and in this case YOUR problem not the people buying them from YOU in good faith. YOU take the orders...YOU are responsible to get them there parts.

I will NOT be paying people back out of my own pocket....I mean if it was a lower sum of money I could out of goodwill, cause I do feel for these people. But, this is A LOT of money, and frankly, I do not have it. I do have methods of getting SOME money back from Frank for certain. And I believe I have leverage to get him to follow through on his end of the job...but we'll see.

I will use myself as an example, I (ME) buy from Toyota (YOUR FRANK) it is up to ME to Have the part I am selling in stock or be 100% sure that my warehouse has them before taking any money from anyone. And up to ME to get MY customers there parts...NOT TOYOTA (YOUR FRANK) I am 100% responsible for all sales I post on this forum NOT TOYOTA (YOUR FRANK) IF something were to go wrong ...AND it was MY fault .I PAY OUT OF MY OWN POCKET NOT TOYOTA (YOUR FRANK)

I am very puzzled by this since not only did Frank always do legit sales with me in the past. He also told me tips to give people on their vehicles...and gave me info about my own that helped me save loads of money and such. At his last time of contact he was telling me something about my brakes that I needed done....and then I asked him about the imported items and never heard from him again.....

YOU KNEW OF HIS PAST AND YET YOU SAY YOU ARE STILL PUZZLED?

I have been contacting Frank numerous times per day by both email, texting, and phone calls/voicemails....all of which have brought me no benefit. And yes, I agree that after this fiasco I should not be permitted to sell items here, or even be a member of the community. I am sickened by Frank's actions and by my naivety to fall for this.

YOU ARE NOT ALONE IN THINKING THIS but NOT before YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE TAKEN CARE OF.

But none of that matters now....after receiving the following text message from Byron; who has talked directly to Frank....

"Frank should be calling you no later than Friday. Guess in short he is finishing up his training. Mom is on her death bead. I let him know about everything and he hasn't gotten to shipping out everyone's stuff, but said he will get on that tomorrow since he said he will have the time."

From this text my understanding is that Frank DOES have the items currently out of customs and such. Special situations have made him unable to send promptly...though I still wish he had let me know what was occurring so everyone wouldn't have been left in the dark. So from what this text says....the items should be shipping tomorrow, and Frank should be giving me a phone call Friday. Hopefully this all checks out. Will keep everyone posted on things.

I would like a list of all the members who paid you directly (sent YOU a payment to your PayPal address) and another list of those who "paid Frank" (sent payments to his PayPal).

I'm not sure but I think Frank uses ADChusky's screen name sometimes. Back in October I was considering buying from him since they supposedly have a wing I want and it was in San Diego. I was considering picking it up in person as I thought that might mitigate any scamming but as you can see, even that was looking shady:

Frank is in New Mexico. It's in storage in Lakeside, East County San Diego, Lakeside.

Best bet is to have it shipped; $500 http://www.newcelica.org/forums/show...light=tte+wing so $500 SHIPPED as listed. This would get it there 2ND quickest. I will still honor this price. If you wish to pick it up in San Diego, so that you can look at it in person prior to purchasing, that is fine and would probably be even quicker than shipping as you would get it same day. However, arranging someone to meet up with you is a little difficult and I cannot guarantee that. I can only guarantee someone picking it up and allowing you to go to my father's house, where a lot of my stuff is. LMK, thanks. Pick up would be CASH ONLY, shipping would be by PayPal.

I will be back in San Diego in December, and was thinking of visiting November 11th for Holiday weekend, but that is not guaranteed for any other option.

Frank was in New Mexico for job training. I BELIEVE when he made reference to storage he was referring to the items that are at his father's home...but of that I cannot be 100% certain, Byron may know better since he has actually met Frank in person.

Where the message to you says I, that was me saying it, I most likely had just copy and pasted Frank's email. Many times I do that to get facts straight, but usually I re edit it to add my own thoughts etc. BUT, as I stated in an earlier message on this thread, Frank DID have access to my account, but it was not as early as October. I believe I granted him access in December and he had that access until about December 27th.

Whereas I don't really see how this purchase would have been shady....the TTE wing we actually posted pics of in his possession, and others purchased items from that shipment and received them. And....he offered for you to stop by and see the items yourself and purchase right there, you and him would have just had to schedule a date that worked for both parties.

On another note, I want to express my disgust and disappointment with Frank for never voluntarily refunding me for a part I never received and in fact he never ordered despite me putting a deposit on it. In fact he blamed the whole ordeal on ADChusky and always tried to blame "the container" for never having an ETA on when my item would come. Despite this, he still attempted to have me purchase another item from him because he saw me expressing interest in it on another vendors thread then became angry when I declined. If you wish to pick it up in San Diego, so that you can look at it in person prior to purchasing, that is fine and would probably be even quicker than shipping as you would get it same day. However, arranging someone to meet up with you is a little difficult and I cannot guarantee that. Whereas I don't really see how this purchase would have been shady....the TTE wing we actually posted pics of in his possession, and others purchased items from that shipment and received them. And....he offered for you to stop by and see the items yourself and purchase right there, you and him would have just had to schedule a date that worked for both parties.

I'm wondering what else is sitting around with that TTE wing? Is there any other stuff that is just sitting there waiting to be shipped that belongs to other people? Maybe I should go down there and see what else is there besides the wing I want that needs to get shipped out? Anyone in the local area want to cruise down with me? I hope you all have started taking action with your respective credit card companies and Paypal to get your money back. The longer you wait the more likely you are going to get screwed out of getting your money back. Open your claims now, if you get the parts you can close them. The promise to ship your parts is most likely an empty one to buy more time to clear out their Pay Pa accounts of all money so when they lose the dispute the will not lose the money. CYA people!

Guys, don't forget about directly contacting your credit cards companies.
If you paid with them (through PayPal), then most companies have policies against fraud which are usually more durable than PayPal's.
They can also go over PayPal's heads if necessary.

It's worth a shot to try that route as well.

After a longggg time of playing phone tag/cat and mouse......

I have delivered tracking numbers provided by Frank Duenas to Dnar, Johnny, Smart Rocket, and Xerios.

I have contacted him in regards to Hypnotik since I did NOT receive any info regarding his silver engine plastics....though Frank's email said he has more info for me....so prehaps that will be in regards to that. Please post up when you receive the shipped item and make sure things are where they should be.

Joseph(Hypnotik), like I said, I have not forgotten about you and I have already responded to Franks email letting him know that he seems to have misplaced your order. Also, if everyone gets there parts there is no blood....so there is really no foul. I agree that the time waited was long, but since there was no GUARANTEED date...there was not a breach of trust. Parts are being delivered, though like I said, I am not saying it was done in a professional manner.

Well finally the pain is over almost!(missing some mounting hardware, but that I was aware of since Frank told me and that he would provide me this as soon as he gets his hands on it, otherwise I can buy it my self from a local store so no big problems there.)

Anyway pics as promised, I gathered alot of other stuff I bought from Frank earlier but also from Kamispeed, other members and ebay.

So the big pain with the extreme long wait and lack of communication from Frank aside, I GOT MY ITEMS!!!

In my eyes Frank is NOT a Scammer, only a really big pain in the but that eventually will deliver as promised. But is it worth it? When I look at my items now I would say YES(cause I finally got them and they are perfect) but in the long run and to be completelly honest a big NO!

So its time for me to start installing these parts at least test fit them cause later on I will repaint them in secret color hehe.

And also I would like to thank Byron and my self for pushing this forward and make it happend. And I really hope Johny gets his Black TRD steering wheel!!!

Yeah, plus even if he didn't want it because it doesn't match his car he could just do that Joey did and contact RedlineGoods and have the red perforated leather changed to black perforated leather (could just order it and do the install himself). If I was in his case I would swap it out with yellow perforated leather.

MonsterMandingo: Firstly, I had been selling parts for Frank longggg before I ever heard of this cat, so idk where you ever got the idea that was a first priority of mine. Also, Frank says he didn't scam him, Mandingo says he did....I was nowhere around so I can't judge. These other people I was in direct contact with and made the sales, so I knew that they did in fact have things owed unto them.

You can't ban me for anything, I have broken no rules. Why do you think Frank wins on every PAyPAl claim? Because he puts on the receipt that the items are being sourced for so there is no set time of delivery. Sourcing for a specific item that somebody wants takes time, if you don't understand that then...look into doing it yourself. Everyone that I personally have sold to has received what they paid for, except Geist currently. Therefore there should be no ban on me selling for myself, and there really shouldn't be any on me selling for Frank SINCE no contract was broken and everyone is receiving their parts.....only difference is that I would stress much harder that delivery ESTIMATES are just that...estimates.

Iam on Johnnys side this time, there is no such thing as brand new TRD steering wheels in that case I would have got one my self, but the one I have got via yahoo japanese auctions where Frank also does most of his sorceing almost never sell new stuff if the parts are discontinued, I was lucky and go myself a almost brand new no marks what so ever with original box and all papers, but I see alot of used ones where you clearly can see wear on the picures. Anyway I think it is more then fair for Frank to pay for Johnys wrapping, not much money wo speak of there, what would the pain and wait cost Johny to wait a lifetime for a black one? not worth it even if it was brand new!

Yeah, while MOST people on the site like getting their parts on a timely manner, or just like actually receiving the parts they paid for period without having to worry 6 months down the line if they'll ever even hear from you again.

Johnny, you are using a brand new product that is technically not your property. The fact that you have modified it/are using it voids any agreement. So Frank and I will not be issuing any money....as I stated we were working on getting a black one, but things take time because we would have had to order it from Japan again.

I was doing MY best to help you out, but now Frank could give you money just because of being nice, but it is no longer a HAVE TO. The situation is resolved. Therefore no monetary recompensation is due to him. I was working with him, he got impatient(It has been awhile I know...but since things have been going better I would have waited it out).

I already said I never had that item. And the reason for the inconsistency....SOME ITEMS ARE MINE, THOSE I TOUCH. THE ONES FROM FRANK I DON'T TOUCH.

As for the times....Japan does what they want, therefore the times are estimates. I mean, idk what you want me to say? Should I just say even though everyone got their items now(Save Geist) that they should all receive a complimentary 1,000.00 for their wait? Would that suffice? No freebies will be given out, of that I am certain. Other times when a contract was breached, Frank HAS given out an extra goodie to the buyer, but this time the contract has not been breached. The scare here was that I personally couldn't even get ahold of him so I was honestly scared he had run off with the people's money. Once contact resumed....all was fine, just time lost.

My message is very clear... I said that you weren't banned outright because you had things to resolve here. I am giving a chance to the ones that can't reach Frank to have a shot at it.

Don't act like a victim here. You decided to deal with Frank as a third party and got involved in this mess. You keep defending him as if he wasn't a scammer and this is why people don't trust you.

As for the PM you just sent me, complaining that you have the right to sell your personal items here, despite my warnings... I don't want to hear it.
You can only use the classifieds if you are an upstanding member of this community, with a clean record. Yours isn't right now.

I have not removed your ability to PM because you have to contact the people that you and Frank scammed, but don't test my patience. I specifically told you, a couple of months back, that you should wait until you resolved all issues here before you could sell ANYTHING on this site. Period.

And finally, about Monstermandingo: you have the nerve to tell me that Many is the one who should refund him? Have you bought into all of Frank's lies?

First of all, you took what I said about Many out of context, I don't recall saying he should be issuing a refund????

Jack, I'm not acting like a victim, because quite frankly I could care less what you think or some of the others on this thread for that matter. I care about certain people on these forums and would call them friends....others, not so much.

And yes, you told me after issues were resolved....so I PMed once I felt all issues were in fact resolved. But whatevs, I'm done talking to you and on this thread. All discussion from now on will be through Larry.
