well.... how many heard about my celica and what happend to it ?

with the way things are going with insurance ****in' me around and not even starting my friggin' claim yet (almost three weeks) i'll be lucky to have the car back by february or so !!! no joke !!!

three weeks and they haven't even gotten me a ****in' new window put in yet !! come on now insurance - i need my ****in' car !!

yeah....so in the mean while the car has been sittin down at my toyota dealership (indoors) with no work being done to it yet !!

(luckily they are cool about it and letting me garage my baby there for now - rain sucks ass !!)

I heard about it, and talked to you on the phone. DUH!! :D I won't get mine back until later this month or early January. I have been without it for way too long. At least I will have a one of a kind Celica when i get it back. ;)

Dustin,

Call a lawyer and find out how many damn laws they are breaking, and take notes. Then call your insurance company and threaten them with legal action, and explain to them that you already spoke with a lawyer to find out what your rights are. That is bull sh*t!

I am not sure, but I think that insurance companies only have X amount of days to start your claim. I am sure it can't be more than a week. 3 weeks is just friggin ridiculious! I would be riding them like a French whore.
