ok originally bought the headlights from this thread
http://www.newcelica.org/forums/showthread.php?t=334956
claimed they were brand new. received them and the lenses had water residue on the inside of the lenses.
we compromised and he was going to give me $30 off a short shifter kit that his friends make along with a B&M weighted knob.
That was in october. I contacted him week after week about not receiving the package.
Always claimed he was gonna call the next day, or they were closed. etc.
now it's almost february and he is to where he won't even answer my texts, calls, pms, or comments on his threads.
Just looking to get my money back or a part that is of equal value.
Paid 130 for headlights, gave $30 off the $70 for shifter and $50 for knob, so $120-$30= $90
I hate to be a d*ck, but I'm tired of waiting. Hopefully get this issue fixed..

Hm that is strange. when I dealt with him he was very responsive. I also picked my stuff up from him so that may be the difference. Sorry to hear you are having a bad experience with him.

Here is pictures of:

1) The receipt of shipping
2) The ACTUAL (TRUE) amount that you paid

*Item shipped on October, 19 2011.

*Dakota Younce Paid: $70.00 for shifter & knob.

*Dakota Younce DID NOT PAY $90.00 (as he claims).

*I did not charge paypal fee.

*I did not scam you, I would not scam for $67.67(net amount).
I have had transactions over $3000 on this site and those I did not scam.

P.S. Sorry to post your address, but under the circumstances I believe it is necessary.

And please do not claim an amount ($) which you did not pay. The proof is there.

Thank you-

I never sold you a 2zz harness.
only time we had a transaction was with the 2003 bumper (which you currently have).

how do we know that the headlights had water residue when you received them? its been way too long and you had no complaints until now. what if headlights started to let moisture in after you installed and trying to recoup some money?

just throwing it out there.

^^ Please stay out of this. You're not helping with baseless accusations.

i_wonder: thanks for the proofs of payment and shipping. However, there aren't any details on the PayPal form which prove that the payment was for both the shifter and knob.

*** By the way, this is why buyers should ALWAYS mention in the "message to seller box" what their payment is for.***

Do you have a tracking number which would allow us to see where the package is at? If the package was lost, then PuNk3rz should deal with the post office for any possible refunds.

I'm also looking forward to what PuNk3rz has to say. Did you recall incorrectly what you paid for these items?

Not at all, I was actually wrong. I paid more.
$150 originally for the headlights, then another 70+30 credit from headlights being residued.
I never received the package that had the shifter and knob I paid for,
Which is the only reason I'm bringing it up.
100 is a lot of money, for a college kid like me anyways.
I didn't even wanna post this crap, but he stopped answering my texts and figured this would get his attention

No I contacted him about that the day I got them, he was gonna give me a $30 refund but then I got interested in the short shifter and knob he had.
So the $100 he wanted for them minus the $30 refund = my $70 sent.
All of this was done within a week of my original 150$ payment. So about the day I received them we compromised on the deal and sent the rest of the money on 10/7/11

That is NOT more... 70$ is smaller than the supposed 90$ that you said you paid originally... The amount that matters, regardless of how much you were discounted, is the amount that you PAID, which is 70$.
As long as your payment forms don't give any details as to how you two agreed on the final amount paid, then anything else that you may state here is just hearsay.
If you have recorded PMs that prove what you say, then I'd be convinced otherwise.

Now, the fact that you didn't receive the package is what really matters here.
I repeat: did you pay for a shipping service that included tracking? If so, refer to the tracking number to see where your package is at.
If not, then you may be out of luck, since the receipt provided by i_wonder proves that he did send you the package and cannot be held responsible for the Post Office's actions.
He may, and should help you in this situation though, as any professional seller would.

Wel I had the text for the longest time, but it was on my Droid 1, in which I sold to get a droid 2, then traded+cash for a droid 3. Then sold it and bout a Droid Razr, Then returned it because the droid 4 was suppose to come out a month later, and now on my friends droid 1. lol
In any sense, I'd still be happy with just getting half my 70$ back lol
I was gonna settle for buying something else off him for a tad cheaper than he was asking.
I'm not to picky about it.
He did have good communication through the sales, and nevertheless I would do business with him again. I just never received my package. and I don't have a tracking number either...

i_wonder: what is your reply?

At this point, I see no reason not to reopen your FS threads, but the way you deal with this situation may influence how many customers you'll have later on. :shrugs:
