okay, here it is: i am hooking up a neon lisence plate frame to the tailiights and there are two wires, i don;t know which 1 to connect it to, they are green and white/black, do you know which is the 1 i should crimp it to?

Neons outside or seen from the road while in motion are usually illegal.. um, may I ask, what made you buy a Neon Liscense plate... in my opinion.. that's really RICEY, but to each their own.

Get a voltmeter. You could have found your answer in less time than it took to start this thread.

They are only illegal in some states here in GA they are legal,but I don't like them although I do like under body neon's if they are done with the tubes hidden.
