It's not a problem. It basically consists of 4 screws and maybe some tape. You can take it off no problem. By the way, there is no original lip to the car, just a bumper. :D

actually if you want to get technical, there IS a lower lip (its just not much of a lip) on the front bumper that can be removed. I had to take it off for the Molly Designs front lip when i had it. and I know it comes off for the TRD one as well.
TY soooo much for this info ... i feel much better about buying this product now.
Now if u guys know where i can get it at a best price please tell also. Im callin hotchkis today i think i heard that was the best.

Isn't there some kind of trick to pulling the tape off without damaging the car?
I was wondering about that myself.

I wanna know how to get it off without the adhesive damaging the paint. I tried once, and i took the screws out and wiggled the lip a little. That's some strong ass ****.
OH crap dont tell me that !!!!! i want to get it swaped to my GT-S without damage. DAMMIT why .... why lol.
Well maybe .. we can use a hairdryer to heat the tape up then get it gooey...... then gently pull it off.
Im callin for better prices than 230$ for the lip ... im callin wc toyota thursday.
