Guys up north is this a north side celica club? i think u need to make the location of the meeting more towrds houston next time! It might be convient to u but from some of us that dont live near 290 it is not. i mean how would u like it if we met around where i live like a Taco Cabanna by Nasa ? So plz next time a more central location! not mad its just i could have got my scoop if it were closer... I dont mind meeting u half way! just my 2 cents -jeff:cool:

I 2nd the statment made by Mig. I also am nowhere near 290 @ 610. That is like a 45 minute drive for me. Which is y I didn't make it out last night. Sorry about that. Anyway, lets had the meet @ College Station next week...What da' say Miguel?

Good point, but check this out...The places where the meets are may seem to be closer to those that live near 290, but they are just a central point for the majority of the club....I don't live near 290, but its not 45 min away either...If we were to have the meets near Nasa that would:
1. Only really accomodate 2 people v.s. like 15 other
and
2. There isn't anything to do out there...
I think the meeting places are fine...Not to sound unfair or anything, but the spots we have the meets at are logical...
its just a 15 minute difference between your drive and mine so its not like the spots are right around the corner for me. Just my .02

Sorry for the back to back post, but one more thing....If you want the meet to be closer to ur residence than HOST IT..and find stuff for us to do...:D If you can't at least find stuff for us to do then why should we change the spot which is 15-20 minutes away from all types of stuff..not to mention other people....kay...just .02 more..so now you have .04 from ben :)

u were on westhimer.well if its near the jamba juices..thats like 5 minutes away from where we were...but then again i also dont agree with that area that we met. we hae to also understand the weekly tuesday meetings arent sposed to be near somewhere we can have fun...its sposed to be somewhere we can chill outside for a while where people can drive by and check out the rides and even stop by if they want to then go inside and eat..fast food...and i was jokin about taco cabana suckin..no i dont like their food but i dont hafta eat..it doesnt bother me wherever we have it..but i do think it should be a fast food place...off a freeway isnt that kinda place...they dont have the option to just turn around..they either hafta make two u-turns or exit where they dont really have too. and hardly n e body would go through either of those troubles.yes it will be hard to accomodate everybody but we have to try and accomodate as many people as we can. we seriously should find a set place soon...a place where we will be every week to talk issues..not to talk BS. BS around while we're outside chilling talkin..inside talk business..then as soon as thats done BS till u wanna leave. i'm not saying we should do this here but just as an example...a fast food place between 529 and west little york (my area) is a well traveled little strip with lots of parking lots and lots of people goin in and out of establishments there. a place like that in a centralized location would be awesome. maybe this sat we should bust out a houston map, everyone mark where they live with a simple dot, then see where is the best place....but not a place that's ghetto or some vatos locos will come jack our cars. after we see where a good centralized spot is..then we can find a good little strip that would accomodate us nicely...that's just my dos centavos....modify what you see here to make it better or change it altogether...just tryin to give suggestions..nite

Jeff your so cute..:D mad? no one was mad...as a matter of fact if you were to read any other post besides mine and Kitkats then you would see EVERYONE was AGREEING with you with finding a more central meeting place.

Sorry if the back to back post bothered you..i apologized before when i did it i just happened to have another thought before someone else posted again...but if you would like I will apologize again because i think it may have hurt ur feelings.. I'm sorry.:p

I didn't know there were Tuesday nite meets. I thought it was just a one time thing. Where did you guys have it this last time? And why the need to meet twice a week? TCC isn't my life, but if you guys have that much spare time to devote to this club then more power to ya...I just hope you don't make this a mandatory thing or i might be forced to accept an offer at a diff club...heh..:eek: I will try to make as many Tue. nite meets as i can, but don't think my attendence to these meets reflects my dedication to this club...
I really like the emoticons..they really express how i feel...:D

hey ben...the tuesday night thing is basically to get the business aspect part down....what do we ever get done at the sat night meets..thats just to cruise. honestly i see the tues night meets as more important..sat is just to hang out...plus if we wait for a whole month to go bye to see what's been done...it's not too healthy...now here goes for my announcement...new thread...
