Lightning Audio has just released a new woofer series called "Storm VC2". There isn't much info out on it yet, however by just the look of it, I'm positive we'll see it in the SPL lanes this year. I called a local LA dealer here in town and it appears to be affordable too, only $139 for the 10".

Hmm. I think if they're only $139 for a 10 they are more show than go. They look impressive though. Guess we'll have to wait and see what the reviews say http://www.newcelica.org/ubb/smile.gif

you're talking about AUDIO components being GO... i guess if you wanna say its all show and no go and no go (for real) then you can.. but its all show.. and this doesnt even work up to that at 139

The dealer priced you the wrong woofer. He probally priced you for a Strike series DVC 10", not the Storm that you have pictured. I think that woofer sells in the $400 range. Sorry to dissappoint you.<IMG SRC="http://www.newcelica.org/ubb/smilies/cwm34.gif" border=0>
