Factory alarm Q.

I bought my 2000 Celica with the Toyota factory alarm up in Vancouver, BC.

Not sure if my alarm is the same as the ones in the US, but if so, do yours ever make a different toned beep? It's usually a pretty high pitched beep but once in awhile it does an ugly one.

yep! i know whatcha mean. sometimes its ok and then it makes a sound as if it was shorted out or something. even tired to take it to the dealer but it wouldn't act up.<IMG SRC="http://www.newcelica.org/ubb/smilies/cwm10.gif" border=0>
