What do you guys think about this tire? Max performance category, how does it rank with the sumitomo HTRZ II? Do the guys at edgeracing have some info on these tires?

I can't comment as I have never used them, but I can tell you the Sumo's are fan-damn-tastic.

amen to that. I have them right now. I was lookin to go 245/35 for my next set to compensate for the increase in torque that I should get from a turbo that BETTER BE OUT SHORTLY, and thats a very rare size to have in a 17.

I'm running 225/45/17 and with the suspension that I have, the T1-S make me hold onto the steering wheel and fall out of my seat before it loses grip. Compare very favorably to the S-03.

Its also a very comfortable tire, low noise and long wear.

i might be getting those or the yokahoma parada spec2....

which one should i get?

T1-S is definately better than the Parada Spec 2. Better in dry and much better in wet.

I have t1-S' and they are very good in the dry. I have yet to test them in the wet. They deifnatley grip well, but I haven't played around with my tire pressures yet.
