Okay - this applies to GTS and GT...
If you have recurring belt issues there are a couple possibilities you may want to investigate.
Number one - as per teh TSB there is a new belt tensioner and a new belt with a different rubber formulation. The new tensioner MUST be properly primed prior to operation or it will not fix the problem.
Number two - take some scotch brite, steel wool, or fine grit sandpaper and knock the glazing off the smooth surfaces of the idler pulleys and use a copper bristle wire brush to do the same for the grooved pulleys.
