Clear Tail Lights

Is there any all clear tail lights out for the celica?

These lights have no red showing. They are just clear

I have altezza's on mine. They are clear plastic (outside) and have a chrome backing to them, red bulbs. Are you asking if there are any completely clear? Not sure- though I don't think so. Check ebay though- that place has everything!

yea i think he's lookin for something with out any red meat ball in it or any red at all... i've seen stuff like that on hondas and they just run a red bulb in there. illegal has hell but i've seen it..

I saw these lights on an integra. The red only appeared when the person hit the brake. These lights would look cool as hell on a celica.

i know what you are talkin about...yea i don't think they have those for celicas but they have the TYC altezzas they are red w/ clear on the bottom but mostly red!

Don't the taillights have to have the red in them to be DOT approved?

yea, tons of the ricers around me have those on their civics/old accords/trucks, etc. they are quite illegal and probably aren't made anymore (i know they dont make them for celica's). and no offense but i think they look pretty bad anyways. get the TYC tails or do a red-out job with vinyl, it's way cheaper and is the best looking thing you can do to them if you ask me.

Wow hold the phone.... I was going to try and get the EuroTec tails but I like those(TRD 2003) Is there anyway we can get anything like that over here through TRD.

They don't make clear tail lights for the celica. I wish they did, it would look hella tight on the silver celica.

I've been considering getting some made and putting them on ofr shows... but I'm torn now with the Elegant TYC tail lights.

Not sure - but if I find out, I'll let you know. these have only just been released so in order to get them in the UK I'm shipping them direct from Japan.

The picture from the japanese toyota website above is of the 2003 tail lights. THEY ARE NOT CLEAR. THey are stock. Why would you want to put stock lights on your car? STUPID!! It's like painting your DX Honda the SI blue and throwing on an SI badge.

ANYWAYS.. I think he wants all clear. All clear tail lights were popular back in the day on Honda's and other popular cars at the time, where NOTHING is red.. except the bulbs behind the clear lenses.

OK, they aren't completely clear as the internal reflector's are coloured but the outer glass is indeed clear.

But they're *not* stock. They're aftermarket. Why would Toyota charge a seperate price for them? And secondly, why would they look different to the standard lights on the same site, showing the 2003 models?

I've ordered them. I'll stick em on my car, then you can see for yourself. PS I order a fair deal of the JDM stuff for the UK, why not wonder over to www.celica-club.co.uk and look for yourself.

Stephen is right those lights are an optional extra from Toyota Japan, they are not a new light standard to all 2003 Celicas.
