Car done...have pics with new kit...but usb not working!! [Archive]

I have my car painted S2000 silver with my prototype kit from Importfan.com but am unable to upload them at this time. Laptop is not recognizing that anything is plugged in. I will have pics up as soon as I get it fixed. Thanks to those who have been so patient. I may go out to my parent's house and upload them if they get back into town today. ;)

Because a lot of people were expecting to see them over the weekend, and I wanted to apologize for not having them up. Is that ok to do?? Hopefully our friend can fix our laptop.

This isn't the first time you have done it though. I have seen past threads were you have said "Pics will be taken this week" Why tell people you are takin pics and if this happens you leave everyone hangin. I'm not sayin you don't have things done to your car, but it's not the first time you have done this..

That is TRUE!! I admit it. Seems like something always goes wrong, and things are delayed. If I can't get them uploaded to my laptop, then my sponsor will be taking pics this weekend while I am in LA.

is it just me or is GTP's stuff expensive as all get out? I mean I checked out the whole vs. the competiton thing but damn, that stuff is still what? $1005 bucks before paint and shipping, with the 16% discount? somehow i think my 5-10 MPH impact with a curb is gonna be a little harsher than dropping my unpainted bumper on the ground??? maybe i'm out of line here, and i will probably end up buying the new kit, but can a brotha get a bigger dihcount or wut?
