Custom Reverse Indiglos?

i've seen the custom indiglo gauge installs and such, anyone forsee any problems with doing the reverse indiglos in the same manner? besides the obvious of keeping the indiglo from showing through, i believe i can solve that.
my objective is to get the reverse indiglo look without the ugly indiglo center around the needle, any reverse indiglos that dont include that?

I've seen some reverse indiglos on ebay before that don't have that center part that lights up. You might want to check there.
