I've come across the wing on some european sites by accident before my celica. Try yahoo Germany. I know it's from europe somewhere.

It's a drift style spoiler made by VIS. Not for our cars but he had it custom fit, it has a clear LED brake light, and he added some custom stainless bracket arms to it. It looks absolutely solid in person.
