i'm thinking about getting the infinity kappa 60.5CS
6 1/2" component speaker system and then 2 sets of the infinity kappa 62.5i 6 1/2" 2-way speakers for the other speakers in the door and the rear speakers. i was wondering what everyone thought of this, and also what amp should i get?? i was thinking of getting the rockford fosgate 400.4(G14004) punch 4 channel amp, but wanted to know what everyone thought of this. and where should i mount the amp? i was thinking of putting it under the passanger seat?? thanks for the help!

i'm confused a little by your description. you want to do components up front, and a set of coaxials up front as well?

hey i have that. 60.5CS up front and 62.5i in the back. I'm running it with a 65x4 amp. I love how mine sounds, but they can still handle more power. Cant help you with the RF amp, not very familiar with those. I mounted my amp behind the back seat, it's good to give your amp a enough air to keep it cool

I have a 200.4 running to my stock speakers, it sounds clean. That should sound good, you could flush your amp in the spare tire spot.

from what i've been reading, it sounds like there are components in the door, as well as another 6.5 for a total of 3 speakers in the door. if this is wrong, please let me know. and what should i do? should i replace all the speakers? i was thinking if i was going to replace the components in the door and the rear speakers, i might as well replace all the speakers, and from what everyone has been telling me, it sounds like the other set of speakers are in the door. and yes, i am planning on putting 2 way speakers there and in the rear because i already have a alpine type r 10" sub in the trunk, and 3 way speakers would sound like overkill imo. let me know what you think though.
thanks!

You are right there are 3 speakers in the door but the mids are mounted in brackets directly over (on top of) the 6.5's. So if you are gonna get seperates, only a 2-way set is needed since there is only one opening.
