Hey guys,

I have a matcing set of 100w bulbs on the way, for the hi/lo/fog's. I'm wondering if I will need new headlight wiring harnesses to handle the extra wattage. I am going to switch out the stock fuse for a 20amp, but I don't want to end up melting my wires.

Any comments/suggestions? If I need new wiring for the lights, where can I find a good set for not too much $$?

Thanks,

Usman

Quite a few people using 100w hyper white blub, no problem so far, I won't worry about it.

I would not use anything higher than stock wattage. There have been SO many people with fried wiring harnesses... Ask David D, I am sure he will tell you the same.

My fog light harnesses are fried..... i'm going to throw in the stock bulbs and take it to the dealer :) hehe

So it looks like some people have had problems...? Is there a better (i.e. thicker guage) wiring harness that I can install when I change up the bulbs?

Thanks,

Usman

I only used 80w too ..... haha but stick with 55w so you don't **** **** up.... probably not cool
