Need Help

I just put coil overs on my car and now on the drivers side rear coil there is a squeaking noise that i cant take any more... I am going to to try putting some 10w40 on some of the bolts to see if that will stop the noise but if not is there any reason that you guys can think of that would cause this and what i can do to fix it... Any help would be great....
