I'm going to unbolt again tomorow for the race track, and I was wondering how can you offset the exhaust? I tried offsetting it by puting one of the bolts in the opposite bolt, but I cant get the pipes far enough to actually do so. What can I do? (I don't want to remove my exhaust, and if I don't offset it and fixate it, it rattles like a mofo).

Thanks in advance..

If you want to get the power of unbolting without rattling or removing the exhaust. Use the stock bolt springs that make sure the exhaust is well connected, and place them between the two flanges. I'm really bad at explaining, but it should look like this.
stock: =||~=
unbolted: =|~|=
key: =;is exhaust pipe, |;is flange, ~;is spring
Someone needs to post some pics because i don't think ppl know about this yet.
Good luck at the races!
Use the springs to seperate the exhaust and it acts like its still connected.

get some heavy duty zip ties. once you have them completely apart youll find a way to zip tie them. trust me..thats what i did when i was unbolted for a couple of months.

Well.. I just used metal wire to off set it..
It's kind of hard to explain in words... I just bolted back up for my base dyno... untill I get my AMSS DP, I'll just be driving around bolted.. so quiet... anyways... when I do it again.. I"ll take some picture....

Just wondering how to get the exhaust off the hangers? I am unbolted (track saturday) but I cant keep them seperated...plus the weight reduction will be nice. Does anything unbolt on the hangers, or do I just have to muscle the rubber pieces off the knobs?

use a big pry bar to get it off the rubber hangers if not maybe a screwdriver will help.....
