"The drivers in this video are trained professionals" it says at the beginning. Professional what exactly? I know of no racing school where you can be "professionally trained" at street racing. And how does that protect everyone else anyway?

Every time I see something like that I just hope that my family and friends are fortunate enough to never be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

High performance Driving schools. I attended Skip Barber's racing and High performance driving school's and you come away with alot of Skills After it. In the racing school they teach you exactly how to race, Take corners at high speed and to what angle's to take etc etc etc
In the high performance driving it's How to recover from fishtailing, Powerslides etc etc etc.

School is a ****load of money but was well worth it

I agree, and I think it would be a lot of fun to take one of those courses. However, the skills you learn in driving school are meant to be applied to a racetrack, or in emergency situations. I've never personally been to one so I dont know for sure, but I doubt they teach you how to weave through unsuspecting traffic.

Sorry to be a spoilsport, I just find racing for miles through public streets to be very scary, thats all.

one time i-club offered a one day free lessons to its members when they donate $20 to the red cross. my bro did it and they had rally drivers in the passenger seat giving lessons including on the wet track.

in the case of the video, i think they call themselves pros cuz they are paid, from the sales of the video, to race.
