Car faster after oil change?

ya it's possible depending on condition/grade of old oil and condition grade of new oil.

using synthetic oil and transmission fluid will give you about 3 extra hp... cost a bit extra though...

I just got an oil change this weekend and it definitley felt like it pulled alot stronger right after. The feeling slowly went away though. It wasn't just in my head because I wasn't expecting it to fell different.
