Took my car in yesterday for my first service, and today, i found 2 oil stains on the roof of the driver side. I guess the mechanic accidently got those stains there... But I was thinking if i took my car in, they'd probably just deny it, anyone know how to clean oil stains up? cause they are really annoying me and it makes the the interior look all dirty. BTW, the stains are on the fabric part and not the plastic.

Maybe try using some kind of a form cleaner. I had milk shake splashed on my interior and I just used one of those carpet foam cleaner in a can that comes w/ the brush. It worked pretty good. Actually it might of worked too well!
After I got the stained spot out, it was just a bright clean spot there and the rest of it was just dirty. Sucky thing is, I has to clean the whole roof just to make it all match up to the same shade. lol. Well it's for the better.

Hope that gives you some ideas or help ya out some.

Cheers =)

Whatever you do be careful. That fabric is very delicate.

Tuff Stuff Foam Cleaner. CHeap solution and works wonders on fabric. I wouldnt use a scrub brush on my headliner, due to the fact that if you arent careful........you will either tear it, or make it sag.

Good luck,

Yes, I cannot tell you how many peoples' cars I have been in where the headliner has tears in it, it's really ugly and hard to repair.
