those with a GTS and TRD exhaust

Hey all, I'm thinking about getting a TRD exhaust but need some answers first!!!
1) how much did y'all pay
2) does it bolt right on? or do I need any extra parts like gaskets, bolts, etc...
3)do i keep the stock resonator on?
lastly
4) I don't plan on getting a body kit so...should I get the standard length or should I get the extended to prevent melting my bumper

1. I believe around 570 don't really remember.
2. bolts right on in 2 pieces comes with hardware and gaskets
3. the new pipe takes away the stock resonator by the tip
4. fits nicely in the bumper cut out don't worry about melting with standard length
